About

Landon Thompson, Founder

I’m a follower of Christ, and I desire to apply God’s Word to every area of life, because Christ is King and has been given all authority in heaven and on earth. I’m reformed, and hold to the 1689 LBC. I believe that our country and world is by and large a mess, and I don’t want to sit by, but I want to do something about it.

I am a localist and believe that—while we can and should pray for the world and learn about national and international issues—most individuals, families, churches, and governments must learn how to put their own houses and places in order before trying to fix everything else.

I think many modern evangelical churches have dishonored God by not treating Him as a holy God and righteous judge. Often they treat him as merely a friend, or lover. Much of this is in the name of emphasizing God’s love. However, doing this often diminishes the depth of His love by either promoting a man-centered or self-centered gospel, reducing God’s love to be merely ethereal or emotional, or redefining love altogether to be an effeminate, romantic love that is totally wrong, unbiblical, and at times quite frankly, disgusting. Many modern evangelical churches have beclowned themselves with regards to their practices on music, preaching, prayer, fellowship, and discipleship and share very little resemblance to how God says his people should look.

We need a radical reformation back to God’s Word.

I’m a husband to Bethany, and father to 3 children, all of whom I love dearly. I have worked in business for over a decade in many forms of sales and marketing (direct sales, digital marketing, social media marketing, B2B, door-to-door, cold calling, warm calling, service to sales).

Connecting people with opportunities is something God built me to do. Whether growing a soccer team, or building ultimate frisbee events, or recruiting professionally, or growing evangelism/apologetics outreach teams.

I’m looking forward to building other organizations and businesses for the glory of God. If you’re interested or passionate about something, let me know.
