If everybody got to do…

Whatever they wanted,

Whenever they wanted,

However they wanted,

With whomever they wanted,

To whomever they wanted…

…life would be great for some, and exceedingly horrific for others.

All you have to do is look at abortion, murder, sex trafficking, and rape.

There must be a standard outside of ourselves as individuals, and outside of ourselves as humanity to determine what is right.

Some will say we need democracy to determine what is right.

Democracy in a simplistic form means if 51% of people think it’s acceptable to do something then it’s acceptable.

We’re fine with that as long as it’s not us that is the victim of whatever the issue is. But what about if the logic of abortion was applied to you? What if someone could say that your life is able to be taken if you are deemed to be not fully developed, fully independent, or fully grown as big as others, or located in the right place?

Do you see the problem with that?

Democracy is not the solution.

What is?

Who is?
